He was predeceased by: his father William Terry Rothrock. He is survived by: his mother Jeanie Smith Rothrock; his son Jonathan Paul Rothrock (Amy); his grandsons, Davis Paul of Advance and Aaron Joshua Rothrock (Hannah) of Advance; his siblings, Terri Rothrock Dyson of Winston-Salem and Zack Rothrock (Camille) of Lewisville; his nephew Aaron Pope; and his niece Morgan Rothrock of Lewisville.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Masonic Home for Children at Oxford.
