Trueheart, Sr.; her husband Wesley Mayfield; her children, Samantha Greene and Tyler Greene (Jessica); her stepmother Mary Trueheart; her grandchildren, Kaleb, Gavin, Phoenix, Memphis Greene and Presley Wheeler; and her siblings, Deborah Meiners (Sean), Linda Stinnett and Michael Trueheart, Jr.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
