She was predeceased by: her parents, Evrvin B. Cloer and Vene McGee Cloer; and her siblings, Thelma L. Cloer and Burlon Edward Cloer. She is survived by: her daughters, Robins Shatley, Lisa Buckner and Anita Soots (Travis); and her brother Dallas E. Cloer. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
