She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Pipes and Willie Kaylor Pipes; her husband J. B. Bryant; her brother Bennie Pipes; and her granddaughter Linda Sifford.
She is survived by: her son James Pipes; her grandchildren, Brian Pipes, Jennifer Frank (Gustavo), Chelsea Pipes, Carolina Frank and Nico Frank; her daughter Connie Watson; and her close friend Flaxen "Mouse" Brookshire-Reid.
