He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Waters; his children, Scotti Waters (Angela Waters) and Angie Scott; his grandchildren, Bella Waters, Angel Smith and Megan Scott; his great grandchildren, Addie Smith, Abel Smith, Desmond Scott and Alayia Scott; his siblings, Shirley Barnes and JC Waters; and his sisters-in-law, Victoria Gaye Gragg of Granite Falls, NC and Betty Gibson of Linville, NC..
He had a foundation in God and would carry that with him throughout life.
