He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Louise Powell Owens of Valdese; his daughter Pamela Crisp; his brother Gary Solesby; his brother-in-law Eddie Triplett; his wife Kathy Brown Owens; his sons, Jesse Alan Owens, Joe Noblitt (Mandy) and Travis Noblitt; and his siblings, Mark Owens (Jennifer), Terry Owens (Peggy), Wanda Triplett, Donna Powell (Gary) and Vickie Roebuck (Jamie). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
