He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Edgar Price Sr. and Jacquline Roberts Shull; his sons, Seth Price of Lenoir and Dalton Price of Lenoir; and his siblings, Don Roberts of Granite Falls, Daniel Price (Amanda) of Burnsville, Shonda White (Jason) of Lenoir and Cindy McNeil (David) of Lenoir.
