She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. George C. Caldwell; and her siblings, Jacque Spaanbroek Jordan, Leo Spaanbroek and George Spaanbroek. She is survived by: her sons, Chuck, George Caldwell, Jr., John Caldwell (Cathy) and Paul Caldwell (Lynn); her grandchildren, Yael Smith (Patrick), Rachel Rose (Max), Ryan Caldwell (Kristen Clardy), Melissa Caldwell (Steven Swinford), Sarah Caldwell (Tyler Barnes) and Jeff Caldwell; and her sister-in-law Mary Stakias Spaanbroek. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
