With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emma Olivia Gaither of Lenoir, North Carolina, who passed away on January 26, 2022 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Folk Gaither and Laura Etta Bryant Gaither; her son Alton C. Jordan Jr.; and her siblings, Elmer, Ralph, Richard, Lillard Gaither, Flora Neal, Viney Neely, Una Kincaid and Vivian L. Gaither.
She is survived by: her close friend Lyvonda Robbins. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
