She was predeceased by: her parents, Murthia Smith and Ruth Hartsoe Smith. She is survived by: her husband Gary Coffey Sumpter; her brother David Smith (Ester) of Granite Falls; and her nephews, Danny of Granite Falls and Tim Smith of Granite Falls.
