He was predeceased by: his parents, L. Myron Neal and Edith Murphy Neal; and his siblings, Richard, Russell Neal and Verena Simmons.
He is survived by: his wife Palma M. Neal; his sons, Glen E. Neal (Melissa) of Lenoir and Adam C. Neal (Elizabeth) of Rolesville, NC; his sisters-in-law, Sylvia Neal of Maine, Arlene Neal Williamson of Florida and Janice McCamey of West Virginia; and his grandchildren, Caitlyn, Kyleigh and Caleb Neal. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Masks are recommended at the visitation and service.
