She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Carpenter and Mary Alice Carpenter Biggerstaff; her husband Jerry Page; the father of her children James Cecil Hawkins; her daughter Charlotte Ann Carpenter; her granddaughter Amanda Carswell Owen; her siblings, William Carpenter, Jr., Ray Biggerstaff, Benny Biggerstaff, James Biggerstaff, Ralph Biggerstaff, Lewis Biggerstaff, Paul Biggerstaff, Jack Biggerstaff, Frank Carpenter, Betty Smith and Leigh Blackburn; and her grandson Charles Howard Huffman.
She is survived by: her stepfather Benjamin Biggerstaff; her children, Evelyn Carswell, Rocky of Denver, NC, Alma Jackie Williams (late Norman Williams) of Lenoir, Miriam Kay Icard (Bruce Icard) of Drexel and Carron Suddreth (Douglas Suddreth) of Lenoir; and her stepdaughter Crystal Yelton. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and 18 great, great grandchildren along with multiple nieces and nephews.
