He is survived by: his wife Victoria Peyton; his children, Lucius Peyton and Aubree Peyton; his parent April Bivens of Claremont; his sisters, Aimee Williams of Lenoir, Brianna Bumgarner of Lenoir, Desirae Sells of Claremont and Kendra Peyton of Hickory; his grandparents, Jeff and Tammra Hibbard; and his great-grandparent Betty Pritchard. He is also survived by loving father to his two children, and a great husband to his wife.
