He was predeceased by: his father Calvin R. Kincaid; and his siblings, Mabel Stewart, Niran Kincaid and Brent Kincaid. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Wike Kincaid; his children, Joel Kincaid (Seth Hickel) of Lenoir and Lauren K. Beck (John); his sister Kay Clark of Lenoir; and his grandchildren, Johnathan Beck and Elizabeth Beck.
