He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Powell King; his son Robert Miles; and his parents, Rufus Vonnie King and Ruby Blanton King. He is survived by: his children, Jackie Miles (Tasha) of Leland, Erica Smith (Robert) of Leland and George L. King (Slugger); his grandchildren, Haley, Justin, Savanna, Kamryn, Greyson, Molly, Matthew and Haleigh; and his great grandchildren, Luna, Artemis, Saylor Grace and Stetson.
