He was predeceased by: his parents, John Victor Seckel and Mary Agnes Horak. He is survived by: his wife Donna Hoyle Seckel; his brothers, John Victor Seckel Jr. of Leland, NC and Karl Wesley Seckel of Costa Mesa, CA; and his aunt Elizabeth Horak Williams of Novato, CA. He is also survived by wives, nephews, nieces and cousins.

In his honor, Memorial contributions may be made to your favorite Animal Welfare Organization.
