We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Deborah Lee Hartzell (Leland, North Carolina), born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lugg, Sr. and Theresa Evans Lugg; and her brother William Lugg Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Barry Hartzell; her sister Pamela Lugg Hoffmann (Daniel); her sons, Joshua Hartzell (Joy) and Matthew Hartzell; and her grandchildren, Conner Tobin Hartzell, Gabriella Marie Hartzell, Colin Stephen Hartzell, Autrey Adam Hartzell and Cooper Lee Hartzell. She is also survived by family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
