She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Dobbins, Sr. and Lois Darby Dobbins; and her sister Betty Capps. She is survived by: her daughter Dana Barnhardt (Charles); her granddaughter Mattea Barnhardt; and her siblings, Shirley Moore and Milton Dobbins, Jr. (Sylvia). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and close friends.
Even when the center was closed due to Covid, she continued to come in daily to pack the meals for the homebound.
