She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Ray and Mattie Hill Medford; and her siblings, Norma Eloise Medford, Hilary Hill Medford and William Kyle Medford.
She is survived by: her sons, Curtis Hawkins, Jr. (June) and Kyle M. Hawkins (K. T.); and her sister Peggy M. Erwin. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
