He is survived by: his mother Shelia D. Morganfield Florence-Thomas; his stepfather William Thomas; his half-sisters, Becky Florence, Gail Sell, Sally Debarge, Jenny Klinger (Bob) and Jody Starforth (Jason); his stepsisters, Jennifer Miller (Jeff) and Julie Michael; and his stepsons, Matthew and Bradley Thomas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
