He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry McFee and Ruth Drake McFee. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Anne Ewald of Asheville; his children, Diana Kittel, Douglas McFee (Kassie), David McFee (Melissa) and Dawn Allen (Richard); and his sisters, Nancy Fox, Darlene Devore and Sabrina Miller. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
