He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaither Fender and Rebecca Tipton Fender. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Casada Fender; his brothers, Wayne (Jean) of Fletcher and David (Darlene) of Leicester; and his nieces and nephews, Timothy Fender (Shelly), Shannon (Derrick), Danny (Janet), Lisa, James (Jo Ellen), Ricky, Mickey (Donna), Michael, Angie, Susan, Connie and Debra.
