He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth V. Plemmons and Bonnie Lee Meadows Plemmons. He is survived by: his son William; his wife Laura Vincent Plemmons; and his siblings, Bill (Jackie), Barbara Joyner (Gordon) and Bonnie Maness.
