He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Clark and Helen Sluder Clark; his brother Wayne Clark; and his parents-in-law, Elmer and Ila Parham.
He is survived by: his sons, Ricky Clark (Missie) and Marty Clark; his grandson Colin Clark; his stepgrandson Jacob Daley; his brother Jerry Clark (Diane); his sister-in-law Debbie Parham; and his uncles, Ray and Bill Sluder (Josie). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
