It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Kessler (Laurel Hill, North Carolina), who passed away on September 26, 2019, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Kessler and Mary Waite; and his sister Miriam Louise Kessler. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Kessler; his stepsons, Chandler Blue of Laurinburg and Ade Horne of Laurinburg; his sisters, Delores K. Locklear of Maxton, Elizabeth "Lizzie" Oxendine of Laurinburg, Georgia Lynn Kessler of Wagram and Nola Denise Goins of McColl; and his cousin Lisa Oxendine.
