He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert A. Fay and Dorothy Allen Smith Fay; his wife Constance Sobrowski Fay; and his siblings, John A. Fay and Joan L. Fay Shaw.
He is survived by: his sons, Stephen Scott Fay (Raquel) of Laurinburg, NC, Gregory "Greg" Joseph Fay of Rocky Mount, NC and Robert Paul Fay (Barbara) of Dubois, PA. He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; along with his loving nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
