She is survived by: her husband Jesse Weldon Rackley, III; her sons, Noah David Rackley and Ryan Weldon Rackley; her parents, Ronald Wagner and Sue Wagner of Maxton; her siblings, Ronald Lavern Wagner, Jr. (Susan) of Laurinburg and Amy Grooms McGill of Maxton; her niece Tahler Wagner; and her nephews, Cody Freeman and Logan Wagner.

The family requests for memorial donations to be given to the Autism Society of North Carolina.
