We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2020, at the age of 68, Gloria Carter of Laurel Hill, North Carolina, born in Aiken, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Colon Daniel and Nina Brown Grooms. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Carter; her sisters, Sherry Wallace, Beth Salzer and Joni Weatherford; and her nieces and nephews, Kelly Callahan and Kevin Wallace. She is also survived by her other nieces and nephews, and many friends.
