He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Dean Dutch and Gail Caulder Dutch; and his sister Chrystal Gail Locklear. He is survived by: his wife Constantina Dutch; his children, Qualen Ammuel Jacobs, Quinnin Isaiah Jacobs, Hailey Aniah Dutch and Katlyn Davis; his brothers, Erick Dutch (Samantha) of Laurel Hill and Tony Dutch (Sherastin) of Laurel Hill; and his nieces, Chrystal Gail Locklear of Maxton, Gracelyn Dutch of Laurel Hill, Brianna Dutch of Laurel Hill and Ericka Dutch of Laurel Hill.
