She was predeceased by: her parent Hervey Locklear. She is survived by: her parent Gladys Locklear; her brother Christopher Locklear; her husband Michael Collins, Jr. of Norman; her children, Christopher Collins, Hailey Collins and Madison Collins; and her siblings, Lori Locklear, Hervey Dale Locklear and Jonathan Locklear. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and a host of loving and family and friends.
