She was predeceased by: her parents, Vladimir Sorokin and Nadezda Kushkina. She is survived by: her children, Rostislav Kazantsev of Russia and Julia Eskander (Essam Eskander) of Lake Waccamaw; her sister Yelena Gritsevskajia; and her granddaughters, Elizabeth Eskander, Katherine Eskander and Valeria Kazantseva.
