With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Brower-Taylor of Knightdale, North Carolina, born in Henderson, North Carolina, who passed away on August 9, 2021 at the age of 77. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Holloway and Laura Burt Holloway; and her sister Laura Bernice Holloway Herndon (Bernice). She is survived by: her husband Elliott S. Taylor, Sr.; her daughter Alecia M. Brower; her daughter-in-law Joanna Barton; her stepson Elliott S. Taylor, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Nikki Taylor; her brother James A. Holloway; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Peace, Tonya Chappell and Audrey Fields.
