He is survived by: his wife Susan; his parents-in-law, Ted Allen and Judy Allen; his brother David (Patricia); his nieces and nephews, Ashleigh and Joshua; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alayna and Johnny; and his siblings, Cathy and Steven.
