It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ann Evans (Knightdale, North Carolina), who passed away on September 20, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Samuel Combs and Ruth Mildred Poston Combs; her husband John Joseph Evans; and her sister Velva. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Lee Evans of Wendell, John Edward Evans (Kimberly), Patricia Evans Craven (Bill) of Wendell and Susan Evans Crowder (Clyde) of Zebulon; her grandchildren, Amy Evans, Jenny Franklin (Andrew), Allie Welch (Eric), Billy Craven (Jennifer), Carolyn Lowery (Rusty), Brad Craven, Shannon Azzi (Nik), Jonathon Crowder and Matthew Crowder; and her great grandchildren, Hannah Evans, Lily Franklin, Josie Welch, Asher Franklin, Reagan Welch, Silas Welch, Tyler Seagroves, Dylan Seagroves, Rusty Lowery, Faith Seagroves, Dahlia Azzi, Iona Azzi, Grace Huffstedtler, Lillian Huffstedtler, Felicity Huffstedtler and Jackson Huffstedtler.
