She was predeceased by: her parents, Mamie Mills and Herman Mills; her husband Charles Dent; and her sisters, Hazel Baker and Frances Crum.
She is survived by: her son Brooks Dent (Johnette); her grandchildren, Kaylea, Darren and Jonathan; and her siblings, Rose Brown (Joe) and William Mills (Martha).
