David McCarthy Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 27, 2021, at the age of 67, David McCarthy (Knightdale, North Carolina), born in Springville, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Pershing McCarthy and Edna Elizabeth Fuller McCarthy; his brother James McCarthy; his sister-in-law Betty McCarthy; his sisters, Margo McCarthy Brown and Linda McCarthy; and his brother-in-law Dick Neumann.
He is survived by: his daughter Melinda Rackley (Chris); his grandchildren, Faith Rackley and Sebastian Rackley; his sister Susan McCarthy Neumann; his brother-in-law Bucky Brown; and also Katherine Bailey McCarthy (Dennis Worth). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to East Wake High School Marching Band, East Wake Parent Organization, P.O. Box 1614, Wendell, NC 27591.
