She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Blake and Elizabeth Blake; her former husband Ernest Marvin Frederick (Marv); and her brothers, Russel Blake of Vienna, WV and Gus Blake of Bell Haven, NC..
She is survived by: her husband Dennie G. Burns of Kitty Hawk; and her children, Linda Wilkinson, Phyllis Jean Wilkinson of Coatesville, PA, Kenneth Frederick of Grandy, NC and Mark Frederick of Honey Brook, PA.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
