It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Pelley Meadows of Kitty Hawk, North Carolina, born in Mariemont, Ohio, who passed away on August 11, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Ellen and Maynard Nelson Eberly. She is survived by: her husband Rodger Lewis Meadows; her son Matthew Pelley; her grandson Pelley; and her siblings, Pamela Morse and Marshal Eberly.
