He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Louise "Skippy" Rhoads and Clarence Albert "Dusty" Rhoads, Jr.; his son Joshua Dustyn Rhoads; and his sisters, Rosalyn Maggio and Mary Louise Vitucci.
He is survived by: his wife Amy KeyserRhoads; his children, Brandi (Jennifer), Acacia, Nia, Danielle, Isabella and James; his grandchildren, Brooklyn and Skylar; and his sisters, Cynthia Meeke, Lucetta Lea and Dorothy Cheshire. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
