He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Mallon Repass; his parents, James Henry Repass and Rose Waldron Repass; and his siblings, Virginia Crumley, June Wolff, Lettie Moran, Jackie Repass and Joan "Mickey" Malone.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Repass Jones (Charley) of Trenton, Robert Donald Repass, Jr. (Angie) of Texas and James Joseph Repass (Teresa) of Kinston; his grandchildren, Mathew Brock Jones, Marion Grace Jones, Robert Donald Repass, III (Emma), Kristin Repass Brown (Michael) and Kara Repass Parker; and his siblings, Larry Repass (Brenda), Patti Spurgeon and Vickie Chapman (Mike). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the North Carolina Veteran's Home-Kinston Resident Council Fund.
