He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Hill and Verna Bell Hill; and his sister Bernice Goble. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Hill; his nieces and nephews, Corey Koonce, Jim Koonce, Vernon Koonce, Beth Bennett and Tootie Downy; and his sister-in-law Ruth Moore.
