He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Randolph, Mable Seymour, Durwood and Louise Rouse; and his parents-in-law, Berta and Johnie Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Smith Rouse; and his sons, Spenser Michael (Sydney) of Goldsboro, NC and Kenneth Aldon. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to Transatlantic Council of the Boys Scouts of America or to Air Force Aid at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base.
