He was predeceased by: his grandson Brandon. He is survived by: his children, Deb Connolly (Bill) of Morehead City, Tami Thompson of Emmaus, Pennsylvania, Melvin "Lee" Thompson, Jr. of Macungie and Shawn Leadbetter (Meg) of Whitehall, Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Will, Lexi, Faith, Connor, Malea, Kira, Gavin, Cameron, Natalee and Kaylee; his sister Barbara Ann Foyles (Howard); and his close friends, George Holland, Larry, Barbara Outlaw and Tony Prudenti. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
