He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Hines, Sr. and Thelma Hines; and his siblings, Barbara Bello and Lester Hines, Jr.. He is survived by: his nephew Kevin Vinson; his wife Debbie Hines; his children, Brittany Hines and Jonathan Hines (Becca) of Salisbury; his grandson Jonah Hines of Salisbury; his siblings, Brenda Blackmon of Snow Hill, Gayle Stocks of Snow Hill and Carlton Hines (Lois) of Kinston; his sisters-in-law, Kathy Katzenberger (Greg) of Lynwood, WA and Jean Hines of Snow Hill; and his close friends, Jeff and Felicia Hussey of Pikeville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; several cousins.
