She was predeceased by: her parents, Margie Jolly and Carl Jolly; her husband Jack F. Swain; and her daughter Pamela K. Swain Dezern. She is survived by: her daughter Christy M. Cook (Will); her son-in-law Bud Dezern; her grandchildren, Cody J. Metts and Brandy M. Blake (David); her great grandchild Joshua L. Blake; her siblings, Mary Smith, Gayle Holloway, Tommy Jolly and Issac Jolly; and her close friends, Lena, Martha and Alice. She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
Masks will be required and all social distancing protocols will be followed.
