He was predeceased by: his father Carlos "Bud" Clifford Williams, Sr.; and his siblings, Joey Williams and Janie Chipman. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Williams; his wife Rosalem Williams; his daughters, Andrea Wood (Chris), Tabitha Bean (Matt) and Anna Williams of King; his grandchildren, Cole, Logan, Owen Wood, McKenzie and Tatum Bean; his nephews, Brandon Hill and Christian Williams; his niece Hannah James; and his cousins, Mindy Lewis (Mike), Amber Belvins (Matt), Aubrey Lewis of Alabama and Cynthia Royal of Lewisville.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Bethania Moravian Church.
