She was predeceased by: her parents, Anderson Andrew and Rosa Mae Weatherman Bobbitt; her husband Charlie Hoover Mabe; and her sons, Mark Mabe and Mike Mabe.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan; her son-in-law Joseph Beck of King; her son Tim Mabe of Woodlawn, Virginia; her granddaughter Micheala Mabe; her daughter-in-law Jacki Mabe of Tallahassee, Florida; and her close friend Harry Patton of Galax, Virginia.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully request donations be made to the Mountain Valley Hospice, Pilot Mountain, 129 Veterans Drive, Pilot Mountain, North Carolina 27041.
