He is survived by: his daughters, Cathy Kepley (Rick) of Mount Pleasant and Sandra M. Foy (Frankie) of Kannapolis; his siblings, Betty M. Towell of Concord, Ronnie Morrison (Janet) of North Wilkesboro and Harold Dean Morrison (Jeanette) of North Wilkesboro; his grandchildren, Rick Kepley, Jr. (Jessica), Marie Long (Quentin) and Phillip Starnes (Crystal); and his great grandchildren, Loree, Rebecca, Caleb Kepley, Melanie, Chase Long, Lydia, Kaleigh, Ashlyn and Jackson Starnes.
