She was predeceased by: her brother Tom "Flick" Flickinger; and also, Patsy and Tom Flickinger. She is survived by: her husband Richard Matthews; her sons, Shawn (Amy) and Travis Cox; her sister Tammy Warren (Thomas); her grandchildren, Kelsey Bare (Nick), Lindsey Cox, Kolby Cox, Brayden Honeycutt and Colby Garner; her great grandchild Axl Bare; her nieces and nephews, Courtney Spangler (James) and Mason Elliot; and also Haylee Spangler.
