She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dave Wilson, Sr. and Mildred Dennison Wilson; her siblings, Slick and Betty Ann (Charles); and her son Mike.
She is survived by: her children, Donna McDowell Herndon (Philip) and Christopher Charles McDowell (Shirley); her daughter-in-law Teresa McDowell; her grandchildren, Brian McDowell (Carol), Jeff McDowell (Michelle), Chase McDowell (Kaitie), Russ Herndon, Nate Herndon (Samantha), Julie McDowell and Matt McDowell; and her great grandchildren, Caleb McDowell, Colin McDowell, Ella McDowell, Piper McDowell, Devin Herndon, Colton Gresham and Brittany Herndon.
